Created these to bring back the "Black" katanas that I made back in the day that were the first weapons to use the fabric.
The Black Katanas were made sloppily though, and required you replace 0.DAT (which is unnecessary) so I wanted to remedy that.
This was a dat from my set of 3 themed dats specifically made for my satirical youtube video.
The 3 themes were the expansions CoP, WotG, and ToAU. These were the WotG ones.
While the other 2 used effects I used fabric instead of effects, and thus porting is a little more time consuming so I never ported them. :x

My comment is missing! The fabirc tassle effect is amazing!!! Far more interesting than the majority of content SE creates. I don't think they even understand their own engine anymore.
